As a native to California, Mathew grew up in the San Joaquin Valley where he spent summers as a ranch-hand, bucking hay, cleaning out animal enclosures, and corralling cattle in the sweltering heat of summer. Mathew's father instilled in him at a young age, to take pride in everything he did. He was taught to perform to the absolute best of his ability, so he may hold his head high and be proud of who he is. For this reason, while his friends spent summers out at the lake, swimming and BBQ'ing, Mathew was up before dawn, and on the tractor, working through the afternoon, until the job was done. Those summers instilled in Mathew, a deep sense of pride, a rock solid work ethic, and he learned the value of a dollar earned. Mathew relocated to Orange County in 2008 and began a decade long career in hospitality, where his desire to truly help people was forged in the fire of Orange County's top hotels' 5 Diamond service trainings. For 11 years, Mathew climbed his way up the ladder in hotels, acquiring and sharpening many of the skills needed to assure each and every guest received unparalleled service.
After his years of hospitality, and 2 Employee of the Quarter awards, a Manager of the Quarter award, and an Employee of the Year award, Mathew decided his skills could be better utilized in a field where hospitality is rarely utilized, and hard work is often promised, but not produced. In March of 2017, Mathew decided he would put his skills to use as a Realtor, so he may offer his clients a unique, personalized and comprehensive service in which every client will be cared for just as every guest was cared for, as though they are his only client. 24/7 availability, actively listening and striving to exceed every expectation, and making his clients' goals, his own. Mathew has made it his mission to represent and go to bat for his clients, acting as guardian to their finances, well being, and peace of mind, assuring those clients a positive and fruitful experience.
